Please read these terms carefully before using our platform — they clearly define your rights and responsibilities.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 1xvet platform and all related services. When you open an account on 1xvet, log in to the platform, or participate in any game or betting activity, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

General Terms

1.1 Applicability of Terms

1.2 Language & Interpretation
These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. In the event of any interpretive ambiguity, the interpretation of 1xvet's authority shall be final.

1xvet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your first login after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. Therefore, it is recommended that you review the latest Terms before each session.
Eligibility & Age Limit
To use 1xvet's services, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be 21 years of age or older
- You must be legally eligible to participate in online gaming and betting
- Only one account may be operated in your name
- You must confirm that you are using the platform voluntarily and of your own free will
- You must confirm that you are not on any active self-exclusion list
2.1 Protection of Minors
We are strictly committed to protecting minors. If any user opens an account by providing a false age, 1xvet reserves the right to forfeit all balances and permanently close that account.
Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account on 1xvet, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, and ID details provided at registration may be verified.
3.2 One Person, One Account
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name or from the same device and network, they will be considered to belong to the same owner and all associated accounts will be closed immediately.
3.3 Account Credential Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with third parties or transferring your account is strictly prohibited. In the event of unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately.
To ensure security, 1xvet may request submission of an identity document (national ID card or passport) at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Payment Methods
1xvet supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). No other payment methods are currently accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. This timeframe may vary if identity verification is pending.
4.4 Transparency of Deposit Source
You may only make deposits and withdrawals using a payment account registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party wallets or bank accounts will not be accepted and the relevant funds may be returned.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
Example 1: You deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
Example 2: You deposit ৳6,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳11,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined amount of the deposit and the bonus.
A ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in total bets required before withdrawal.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer may be claimed only once
- Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they may only be used for gameplay
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled
- 1xvet reserves the right to suspend accounts if fraudulent use of bonuses is detected

Gameplay & Betting Guidelines
6.1 Game Fairness
All games offered on 1xvet are provided by certified software providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and JILI. Each outcome is determined entirely at random through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.2 Betting Rules
Each game has its own betting limits and rules. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
6.3 Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers markets for cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports. 1xvet provides only approved markets, and any bets linked to match-fixing or any form of sports corruption will be considered void.
6.4 Technical Issues
If a game session is interrupted mid-way due to an internet connection problem or device failure, the last saved result in the system will be considered final. In such matters, 1xvet's server logs will be accepted as the decisive evidence.
User Code of Conduct
To ensure the smooth operation of the platform, every user must comply with the following code of conduct:
- Use of any automated software, bots, or scripts is prohibited
- Unauthorized attempts to access other users' accounts are prohibited
- Any attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures is prohibited
- Use of abusive, threatening, or hateful language in chat or support is prohibited
- Illegitimate exploitation of the bonus system or any "arbitrage" attempts are prohibited
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds are strictly prohibited
If any of the above violations are detected, 1xvet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.
Data & Privacy
1xvet is committed to protecting your personal information. We keep your data secure using SSL encryption technology.
8.1 Data Collection
Information collected during the registration and verification process is used solely for account management, payment processing, and fraud prevention.
8.2 Sharing Data with Third Parties

Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Suspension by 1xvet
1xvet may temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found
- In the event of failure to verify identity or provision of false information
- If irregular betting patterns or suspected fraud are detected
- Under the direction of a legal authority
9.2 Closure by the User
You may also request to close your account at any time. In this case, withdrawal of any valid balance will be facilitated, however any pending bonuses will be cancelled.

10.1 Service Availability
